ACCEPTANCE - accepting what things are, with love and kindness.
What Mindfulness IS NOT
Mindfulness is NOT:

it is not a RELIGION

it is not a SPIRITUAL practice

it is not a relaxation technique

it is not SITTING on the floor in a awkward pose doing nothing

a technique to make you calm and trick you into adopting a non-critical attitude to life
